Adrenaline Warning: Ice Cross Is Taking Over Bloomington!

Adrenaline junkies, this one’s for you.

On April 30, 2025, Bloomington becomes the epicenter of full-throttle chaos when the World Ice Cross League brings its Indoor Ice Cross Series to Grossinger Motors Arena — and this isn’t your average skating event.

This is full-speed, contact-heavy, no-brakes racing on ice. Athletes drop in side by side and tear through steep ramps, sharp corners, and bone-rattling collisions — all for a shot at the $7,500 cash prize.

It’s fast. It’s brutal. It’s everything you love about action sports — packed into one explosive night.

The man behind the madness is Tim Cimmer, a former hockey standout who decided extreme wasn’t extreme enough. So he brought Ice Cross indoors and turned it into the next big thing in high-impact competition.

Adding fuel to the fire is Brad Jay, the electrifying voice behind events like the X Games, Olympics, and Pan Am Games. He’ll be calling every drop, crash, and photo finish live — and believe us, he brings the hype.

Racing that night is Dylan Moriarity of the Turbo Twins, a global performer and proven force in the sport. If you’ve seen Red Bull Crashed Ice or Cirque du Soleil’s Crystal, you already know what kind of intensity he brings.

Race Divisions:

  • 13 & Under

  • 14–17

  • 18 & Over

Entry fees: $30 for youth / $50 for adults
Spectator tickets: $35 for adults / $25 for youth & 55+

If you’re into speed, contact, and pushing limits — this is your kind of night.

See it. Feel it. Survive it.
